Blended or whisked here. Neither of these has a tin on the shelf.

  • Temple blend

    Dian Hong, roasted Dong Ding and a little dried orange peel

    What to have if you do not want to choose. It changes a little every winter.

  • Matcha, whisked to order

    €6.50

    Ceremonial grade, Uji. Still, or with hot milk.

Cold

Poured over ice at the bar, and brought to the table.

Something sweet

Two things, cut small, because the tea is the point.

Take the leaf home

Every tea poured here is also sold by weight, in 50 g, 100 g and 250 g, with the harvest and the region on the label. The house blend and the matcha are not — those two are only ever a cup.
