How it works:
- A short introduction to the differences between the main types of tea.
- A guided tasting of four teas with distinct flavours and aromas.
- Guests examine both the dry and infused leaves.
- We compare the teas, exploring body, astringency, sweetness and floral, fruity or woody notes.
- Each guest records their impressions on a simple tasting card.
- We finish by choosing favourites and discussing how to brew them at home.
Included: four teas, a tasting card and guidance from the host. Guests may purchase tea afterwards if they wish.
